If your water comes from a private well, no utility tests it and no one sends you a report — it's on you. WellKept makes that job simple. SNAP YOUR LAB REPORT Point your camera at any water test report. WellKept reads it on your phone and checks every line against your region's legal limits — EPA in the US, and official standards for Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and more. Plain English, worst first: what's fine, what to watch, what to act on. Your first scan is free. KNOW WHAT TO TEST, AND WHEN Answer a few questions about your well and your land, and WellKept builds your testing schedule — then reminds you two weeks ahead, so there's time to order a kit or book the lab. Something change? Flooding, a funny smell, work on the well? Tell WellKept and it tells you what to retest. WHAT TREATMENT DO I NEED? Turn results into a real equipment plan: which units, sized to your own hardness and household, in the order they have to be plumbed — because a softener in front of an iron filter fouls, and a UV lamp behind hard water goes blind in months. With the certification to insist on and what each stage typically costs installed. SEE IT COMING Chart every contaminant against its legal limit, and get told where it's heading — "on this trend it reaches the limit in about 8 months." It stays quiet unless your own results support the call. BUYING A PLACE WITH A WELL? A 20-point due-diligence checklist in the order things actually have to happen: what to pull before you offer, what to write into your inspection contingency, and the lender rules that can stop a closing — setback distances, shared-well agreements, and the 90-day clock on a water certificate. Export it as a one-page PDF for your agent. YOUR WELL'S PAPER TRAIL Every result on one timeline. Log your pump, filters and treatment gear so maintenance never slips. Keep the driller's log, permit and past reports attached to the well itself. Export a clean Well File PDF — the record buyers, inspectors and lenders ask for when you sell. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No cloud. Your data lives on your phone, and lab report scans never leave the device. Back up and restore it yourself, any time. FAIR PRICING Logging results, safety verdicts, test reminders and the buyer checklist are free — forever. One-time upgrades, never a subscription, unlock scanning, trends, the Well File PDF, equipment tracking, documents and multi-well support. WellKept helps you understand and organize your water testing. It doesn't replace accredited laboratory testing or advice from your local health authority.
