Spent hours at your desk but feel like nothing got done? Track the time you actually focused, not just the time you sat there. Haruda Focus is a Pomodoro study timer that logs your real study hours and locks distracting apps while you work. Made for high school and college students heading into finals, anyone preparing for a certification or licensing exam, and anyone who wants to log real study hours every day. ■ Pomodoro, stopwatch & timers A Pomodoro timer built on the classic rhythm of 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break. Turn on Set Mode for a long break after every few rounds, save your own Pomo Presets, and switch on Auto flow so focus sessions and breaks keep rolling on their own. Don't feel like setting anything up? Start the stopwatch. For fixed blocks like a practice test, start a saved timer. ■ Focus Lock While you focus, only the apps you allow will open. Everything unlocks during breaks. Focus Lock uses Apple's Screen Time. ■ Records & stats Give each session a Focus Score when it ends. Then see your patterns at a glance: a 24-hour timeline, daily, weekly and monthly stats, and time by category, such as each subject you study. ■ D-Day countdown See how many days are left until your exam every time you open the app. ■ Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets See today's focus time and your nearest D-Day without opening the app. Tap the start button on the Home Screen widget to open the app, and your focus session starts 3 seconds later. ■ Together Sign in, create a private space with a few friends, see each other focusing, and send quiet cheers. No leaderboards, just the feeling of studying side by side. ■ Also Sound, vibration and flash alerts when a session ends. Sign in to keep your records in sync across devices. Available in 13 languages. ■ Premium (one-time purchase) No ads, plus unlimited Pomo Presets (free users can save up to 3). When things pile up, just start. Don't worry about how. Once you start, you'll get there.

You pack your laptop and walk to a café — not because you need coffee, but because you can't focus at home. The hum, the clatter, the stranger typing across the room. Somehow, that's where the work happens. BrewFocus is that café — open whenever you need it. HOW IT WORKS Open the door. Order your drink — and your drink is your focus session. Espresso for a quick sprint. Pour over for the long haul. Grind the beans, take a seat by the window, and start. Then just work. The café hums around you. Your coffee slowly empties. When the cup runs out, you're done. THE RITUAL • Stepping inside — a quiet café by the sea, and the camera moves in • Ordering a drink — espresso runs 25 minutes, hand drip runs 3 hours • Grinding the beans — the sound that tells your brain it's time • Choosing a seat — window table, stool across the room, a spot at the bar. Every seat, a different view • Watching the coffee go down — the time you have left isn't a number, it's in the cup WHY IT WORKS Your brain doesn't need more willpower. It needs the right environment. A moderate hum of café noise can boost creative thinking — the "Café Effect." BrewFocus rebuilds it: the ambience, the light, the view out the window. You're not staring at a countdown. You're sitting in a café, getting things done. WHAT'S INSIDE • A living café — waves outside the window, trees swaying in the woods. Not a still image, but a scene that actually moves • A view that changes with your seat — sit by the window and you face the sea; sit at the bar and you face the counter • A cup that empties — you watch time pass instead of counting it • Coffee order receipts — a record of every session • Ambient sound — café noise, rain, waves, forest, fireplace, lo-fi A café is a "third place" — not home, not the office. Somewhere you go to get into your own head. Now you can go there anytime. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • Subscription plans: BrewFocus Premium — Yearly (auto-renews yearly) / Monthly (auto-renews monthly) • Price: $19.99 per year or $3.99 per month (prices may vary by region) • A subscription unlocks all ambient sounds and focus music, plus full focus history and stats. • Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions and select "BrewFocus Premium". Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: BrewFocus at none against Haruda Focus's shown. Haruda Focus's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
