Walterscheid Connected Service vs O'MAPS by Abelio

Walterscheid Connected Service Assistant app for easy maintenance and organisation of shafts and machines in agriculture! The WCS Assistant app makes instructions for maintenance and repair work available on the smartphone at any time and for each shaft. In addition, all maintenance work carried out for each individual shaft is documented in a digital checkbook. THE CHALLENGE Farmers and contractors use a wide range of machines and implements, which are often also equipped with different shafts. This does not always make it easy to keep track of maintenance requirements and suitable spare parts - but this information is a prerequisite for long service life and high operational reliability! THE SOLUTION As a digital maintenance assistant, Walterscheid Connected Service (WCS) permanently and wirelessly provides a complete overview on the smartphone. THE ADVANTAGES - Time saved on daily maintenance work - Increased service life of the drive shafts - Savings of up to several kilograms of lubricant per year - Increased work safety and efficiency - Easy identification via QR code (ID) GOOD TO KNOW A study by the Technical University of Munich proves that, depending on the implement and the period of use, an optimised maintenance strategy can reduce maintenance costs by up to 94 % and the time spent on maintenance by up to 82 % (compared to incorrect daily or no maintenance at all). ADDED VALUE FOR THE FIELD - Detailed product information: All relevant information on machinery and shafts is available on the smartphone at any time - Easy identification facilitates the replacement of machine components - Optimised maintenance strategy saves time during daily maintenance and at the same time extends the service life of the machine - Digital checkbook: Maintenance carried out is clearly documented - Teamwork: Synchronisation between several employees/roles on the farm - Significantly reduced lubricant consumption protects the environment
