About

Card to Close

Card to Close helps authorised business teams turn conference conversations into structured, reviewed follow-up work. Capture a business card, badge, QR code, NFC tag, photo, voice note, or manual contact while you are at an event. Your work can stay queued on the phone when connectivity is poor and synchronise when you are back online. After sync, Card to Close keeps the person, the conversation context, and the next step together. It prepares contact details and follow-up content for you to review. You remain in control: correct the record, edit the wording, approve it, then open the message in your own Email or WhatsApp app. Card to Close does not press Send for you. Key capabilities: - Capture cards, badges, QR codes, NFC tags, photos, voice notes, and manual details - Continue capturing when event connectivity is unreliable - Keep original evidence alongside extracted and reviewed information - Review and correct contact details and conversation context - Prepare personal follow-up content from approved information - Open approved drafts in your chosen Email or WhatsApp app - Export and synchronise work using your organisation's configured workflows - See clear queue, sync, processing, and review status Card to Close mobile is a companion app for organisations with an existing Card to Close business account. It does not offer in-app account creation or purchases.
