For those who experience a system outage in their community, they will be able to quickly report this with one touch of a button and the application will pass along the location of the outage to the necessary individuals. This will allow NMPP personnel to track these events and complete the necessary follow up steps. The Generation Notification selection allows the user to notify NMPP and TEA that they are operating their municipal generation and why they are doing so. This communication provides the necessary notice so stakeholders can make adjustments to day ahead and real time operations and so steps can be taken to ensure environmental tracking and financial settlements are performed.
