HangShock Hangboard Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
HangShock is a hangboard interval timer built for chalked hands. Start Repeaters 7/3, Max Hang, 7-53, or Density from your wrist. The watch shouts GET ON, then HANG — it never starts on rest. Distinct haptics hit when a hang starts, when rest ends, and on a 5-4-3-2-1 countdown so you do not look at a phone on the floor. On iPhone you pick a protocol, build a custom one, and run the same extreme full-screen timer. Skip a phase, pause, or cut the session. Next grip is on screen during rest. HangShock has no ads, no account, and no in-app purchase. Workouts can optionally save to Apple Health so Watch haptics keep firing while your hands are loaded. Decline Health and the timer still runs. This is a timer, not coaching or medical advice. Stop immediately if a tendon or joint hurts.
