Build the session, then swim it. SwimSet turns the set you'd scribble on the back of your hand into a guided workout on your Garmin watch. BUILD Write a swim set the way you'd say it out loud: 8 x 100 free on 1:45, 4 x 50 kick, warm-up through to cool-down. SwimSet keeps the running total and works out the send-offs against the clock as you type. Bike sessions too: reps by duration at a percentage of FTP, with TSS, IF and kJ worked out for you. SEND One tap pushes the whole set to your Garmin over Bluetooth. Open SwimSet on the watch and it's waiting. You can build a set on the sofa and swim it in the morning. You can also export a FIT file into Garmin Connect. That route works on any Garmin with native workout support, no watch app needed. SWIM On the watch, SwimSet takes you through the set one rep at a time, with the current distance, stroke and send-off on your wrist. It saves as a native pool swim with the right distance, so it lands in Garmin Connect and Strava like any other swim. Because you follow the set on screen instead of by ear, it works just as well when you can't hear a coach on the deck. ALSO INSIDE A full-screen pace clock for propping up on the poolside. Zero to 1K, an eight-week plan for building up to swimming a kilometre without stopping. No account. No login. You write it, you swim it.
