UrgeLock is a self-control and urge tracking app designed to help you log urges, identify triggers, and rebuild your rhythm with more clarity. When an urge appears, you can quickly record its category, trigger, intensity, outcome, and notes. You can also enter a 60-second resistance flow, using simple actions and calming white noise to get through the crucial first minute. Each day, you can review your strongest trigger, what helped you resist, and what situations to avoid tomorrow. UrgeLock uses stats and trends to show your recent patterns, resistance outcomes, and progress over time. Your core records are stored locally on your device by default, making it a private tool for users who want to better understand their behavior and gently bring their attention back on track. Logging is not about blaming yourself. It is about noticing earlier and recovering faster.
