About

Viryra

Viryra is a gym log that is free to train with, for good: every set, every routine you follow and every record, with no trial that runs out. Plan your week, follow the session set by set, and watch the numbers move — with no account to create, no cloud to trust and nothing that needs a signal in the basement of your gym. TRAIN, DON'T FIDDLE • A guided session that already knows what you lifted last time: weight and reps arrive prefilled, and the stepper is one thumb away. • The rest timer starts on its own when you complete a set. +30 s, or skip it. • Supersets, and exercises added, swapped or dropped mid-session without losing the plan. • Personal records spotted as you log them, and told to you on the spot. A LIBRARY THAT COVERS THE ROOM • 876 exercises with numbered instructions, nearly all with a two-frame demo of the start and end of the movement. • Filter by muscle, equipment or level — or by the gear you actually have. • Your own exercises too, with your own photo and your own notes. A PLAN THAT FITS THE WEEK • Eighteen starting routines, matched to your goal, your level and the equipment you have — or build one from scratch. • Assign a routine to each day of the week, and change a single day without touching the rest of it. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ • Six months of sessions on one heatmap, and a streak counted in weeks rather than days — one missed Tuesday should not erase a good month. • Body weight with a goal and a trend, and the measurements you care about. • Estimated 1RM per exercise, volume per session, and every record in one place. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Everything lives on your iPhone. There is no account, and no server holding your training. • Export the whole thing as JSON whenever you like, and import it back. Free, always. VIRYRA PREMIUM • No ads anywhere in the app. • Unlimited routines — the free version includes two. • Muscle map and advanced stats: volume by muscle group, comparisons, trends. • CSV export, one row per set, for a spreadsheet. Premium is a monthly or annual subscription, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan; the app shows the price for your region before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and a subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your account settings. Viryra is not a medical service and gives no medical advice. Talk to a professional before starting a training program, and stop if something hurts.
