Enkratos is how an organization builds its own training, runs it, and keeps the records an auditor will ask for. Businesses, schools, healthcare, construction, security: anywhere people have to be trained and the training has to be proved. You do not sign up here. Your organization creates your account and assigns your training. You sign in and get to work. FOR THE PERSON TAKING TRAINING - See everything assigned to you, what is due, and what is overdue, on one screen - Work through lessons at your own pace, and pick up exactly where you left off - Take quizzes and exams, and see your score straight away - Keep every certificate you have earned in your pocket, ready to show - Track your continuing education hours as they accumulate - Ask a trainer a question when a lesson does not make sense - Get a reminder before something is due, not after - Save a course for offline, and finish it with no signal - Join your live classes right in the app: see and hear your instructor, turn your camera and microphone on when you are ready, answer check-ins, and watch the recording afterwards FOR THE ORGANIZATION - Turn a policy, an SOP or a lesson plan into a full course with quizzes, in minutes, with AI - Improve a course whenever you learn something, without waiting on a supplier - Assign training by role, by site, or by region, not one person at a time - Watch completion across the whole workforce as it happens - Issue certificates with verifiable serial numbers - Keep continuing education records that stand up to inspection - Export evidence when a regulator, client or inspector asks for it YOUR TRAINING, NOT SOMEBODY ELSE'S Most training software rents you other people's courses and charges per course, per person. Enkratos does the opposite. You build your own courses and lesson plans, you improve them as you go, and you are charged for people rather than for courses. What your organization actually knows stays yours. BUILT WHERE THE RECORD MATTERS Enkratos was built where training is not optional and the records have to survive an audit years later. Learners are tested before a course counts as done. Completion records, signatures and continuing education credits are sealed when they are written and cannot be edited afterwards. Not by your organization, and not by us. That is the point: a record that can be quietly changed is not evidence. Confidential training material is view only and watermarked with the reader's identity, so any copy can be traced back. Screen recording is blocked while it is open. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION Enkratos is sold to organizations. If yours does not use it, this app will not have anything to show you. If it does, sign in with the email address they hold for you.
