To begin, athletes must complete a wellness questionnaire prior to starting the session. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Training Feel at 3.7 against Spleeft's 1.0. Spleeft's advantage is review sentiment (44% vs 29%) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Training Feel sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Spleeft sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Training Feel holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Training Feel's written reviews are positive against 44% of Spleeft's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Training Feel ships an update fortnightly, Spleeft every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
