My Exercise Program app enables the user (client/patient) to complete the exercise program assigned to them by their practitioner in the ExerciseSoftware.com web application. Information such as exercise completions, sets, repetitions and loads can be logged in the app. This information is made available to both the practitioner and user to track compliance and progress. Key Features - Exercise programs are shared by the practitioner to this app - Exercise programs are completed in the app - Sets, repetitions and loads are recorded for each exercise - Training intensity is logged at the end of workout - Training compliance and progress can be charted in the app - Videos and Forms can be shared between practitioner and user Note - This app is not intended to diagnose any health condition. The exercise program in this app has been shared by your health/exercise practitioner. Please seek advice from your practitioner or a medical professional before making any medical decisions.

The PF Pilates app makes it very easy for you to manage your PF Pilates account, book into our classes and events, watch our on-demand content, and keep in touch with us. You can easily message us if you have a question or want to share something with them. You can also follow our public feed to see any announcements we make, promos we run, or content we share.
