HelpHub connects people who need tech support with others who are ready to help. Whether you’re dealing with a simple setup issue or a more complex problem, HelpHub makes it easy to find support through a community-driven experience built around choice and control. Users can submit a request for help by describing their tech issue, and other users on the platform can respond by offering their assistance. The person who posted the request remains in full control and can choose who they want help from among those who offered. Once a helper is selected, both users are connected through a private one-on-one chat to work through the issue together. Conversations on HelpHub are fully flexible. If either user decides they no longer want to continue, the chat can be deleted at any time, which immediately removes the connection between both users. This ensures a comfortable, pressure-free experience where users stay in control of their interactions. For users who prefer instant assistance, HelpHub also includes an AI Assistant designed to help with common technical topics. The AI can provide guidance for areas such as Wi-Fi issues, software troubleshooting, password problems, and general tech questions, offering quick support whenever it’s needed. HelpHub is designed to make tech support more accessible, private, and user-driven by combining real human help with intelligent AI assistance — all in one simple, secure platform.
