A diary you don't have to write. Speak for a minute, add a photo and how you feel, and your day becomes a memory bubble you can revisit for years. ONE MINUTE A DAY, JUST FOR YOU Do you like the idea of keeping a diary, but it always felt like too much effort? One Minute Diary is made for exactly that. You simply talk for a minute, or write if you prefer. A gentle daily question helps when you don't know where to start. Over time, your days grow into a collection of memories that you can wander through, years from now. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Capture a memory in a minute: speak or write, add a photo, choose your mood • Travel back in time and rediscover forgotten moments, with smooth animations • Capture every day, or only the special ones, whenever it feels right • A daily mindfulness question, also as a gentle reminder • Choose the colors you like • Encrypted or unencrypted backups you keep yourself PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your memories stay on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no tracking. THE STORY BEHIND THE APP I'm Adrian, a psychologist (MSc) and iOS developer. I always wanted to keep a diary, but I never managed to stick with it. So I built the diary I would actually use: quick, calm, and a little playful. After a while I realized I'm not the only one with that problem, so I'm sharing it with you. If you enjoy the app, a 5-star rating helps me a lot. And if you have feedback, you can write to me directly from the settings. I read every message. Adrian

About

Napling

Features

Know when the next nap is coming. Napling starts with age-based guidance, learns your baby's own rhythm, and keeps the next nap easy to see and log — right from your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Dynamic Island. Napling is the calm, one-tap way to track your baby's feeding and sleep — built for the exact moment you actually need it: one-handed, half-asleep, at 3am, without ever unlocking your phone. Newborns don't come with a manual, but their days follow patterns. Napling surfaces those patterns clearly, so you spend less time guessing and more time with your little one. Track in one tap • Feeds — tap once to log; add an amount only if you want to • Pumping sessions, tracked right alongside feeds • Naps — start and stop, with the duration calculated for you • Amounts in ounces or milliliters, converted automatically Log without opening the app • Live status on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen, with tap-to-log buttons • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets showing time since the last feed and nap • Control Center and Action Button controls for feeds and naps • Siri and Shortcuts — "Log a feed in Napling," "Baby woke up" See the patterns • Today's stats, always free — feeds, volume, and sleep at a glance • A running Timeline of every event — edit or delete any entry after the fact Free, including nap guidance • Age-based nap-window guidance — general guidance, not medical advice • Share tracking with your partner via iCloud, free • Today's stats, always free — feeds, volume, and sleep at a glance Napling Plus — one small one-time purchase, never a subscription • Personalized nap predictions that learn your baby's own rhythm, not just a generic age chart • Weekly and monthly trend charts with built-in comparisons: this week vs. last, this month vs. last • Pay once, keep it forever. No ads, no accounts, no recurring charges — ever. Made for tired parents • One-thumbed logging you can do half-asleep, in the dark • Dark by default — dim and glare-free at 3am — with Light and System themes • Add your baby's photo and see their age at a glance • Instant undo for the inevitable mis-tap • No ads, no clutter, no distractions Private by default • Your baby's logs and photos stay on your device and in your private iCloud • No account, no sign-up • Partner sharing (free) and personalized predictions (Plus) both use your own iCloud — we never see your baby's logs • Napling collects limited product analytics tied to a random ID (no account or name), which you can disable at any time in Settings — never your baby's data Whether you're bringing a newborn home or settling into a rhythm with an older infant, Napling is a quiet, reliable companion for the day-to-day basics.
