Smartgen Cloud Plus vs Maintly

Cloud plus is an intelligent home service platform, in which users can feel the best development and management software. Users can also operate it at any time, and the various units in this software have very high work efficiency. Users can understand it at any time, easily achieve computer room automation, and all data content is easy to control.

Maintly is a free maintenance log for everything you own that needs servicing — your car, motorcycle, boat, generator, air conditioner, boiler or machine. Every feature is included. No subscription, no paywall, no account, and it works completely offline. Most maintenance apps lock the useful parts behind a subscription or limit you to one or two vehicles. Maintly doesn't. Track as many assets as you like, with every feature unlocked from the first launch. ■ NEVER MISS A SERVICE AGAIN • Oil change, inspection, insurance, road tax, tyre change — all in one list • Due dates from the calendar AND the odometer or engine hours, whichever comes first • Reminders 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before, plus on the day • A monthly calendar of everything that's coming up • Add any reminder to your phone's calendar with one tap ■ LOG A SERVICE IN SECONDS Tap the + button from any screen: log a service, a fill-up, plan a task, or add a new asset. Pick the work from a checklist made for that asset type — engine oil, brake pads, timing belt, antifouling, refrigerant check, hydraulic oil and dozens more. Maintly reads the standard interval for that job and suggests the next service date and mileage for you. Date, mileage and cost — that's the whole form. Invoice, photos and notes are there when you want them. ■ NOT JUST CARS 18 ready-made asset types plus your own: • Vehicles — car, motorcycle, bicycle, truck, caravan, tractor • Marine — boat, yacht • Industrial — generator, machinery, garden equipment • Home and more — appliances, air conditioners, boilers, drones, aircraft ■ FUEL, CHARGING AND COSTS • Fuel log with automatic totals and real consumption, measured full tank to full tank • Electric vehicles in kWh; equipment without an odometer in litres per hour • One expense screen for service and fuel: monthly chart, breakdown by type, ranking by asset • PDF expense report for any period ■ A SERVICE HISTORY YOU CAN HAND OVER Create a full PDF report for any asset — specifications, complete service history and fuel breakdown. It's the service book you give a buyer when you sell. ■ PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up. No server. Your records live on your phone and the app works with no internet connection. Back everything up — records, photos and documents — into one file and restore it on a new phone, or export to CSV for Excel. ■ 12 LANGUAGES English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Arabic — including asset types, maintenance checklists, dates and currencies. Maintly is free, with no feature limits and no cap on how many assets you track.
