Verdict
SkyCycle and FLEX DMV both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of SkyCycle's written reviews are positive against 0% of FLEX DMV's. SkyCycle also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). FLEX DMV's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases).
