Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MT ScoreFeed at 5.0 against Varsity Network's 2.9. MT ScoreFeed also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.4). Varsity Network's advantage is ratings volume (512 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
