Optimability
Read full descriptionHide full description
Optimability is the app for Optimability coaching clients. It carries the day your coaches built for you: what to eat and when, the session in front of you, and the supplements and routines that go with it. See how your body is answering, read from your blood work, your gut and toxin panels, and your Apple Watch, Garmin or WHOOP. Swipe between Biology, Today and Messages. Pull down to refresh your day. Hold Home to ask the Health Architect a question. Message your coaching team and see when they have read it. Connect Apple Health in Settings to bring your sleep, heart rate, steps and workouts into your Biology tab. Optimability only reads Apple Health and never writes to it. Optimability is for enrolled clients. Your login is issued when you join.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Optimability at none against HIIT Timer's shown. Optimability also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
