Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AMongLock Screen 2 at 4.6 against Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper's 1.5. AMongLock Screen 2 also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (3K vs 2). Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 22%) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

AMongLock Screen 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AMongLock Screen 2 has 3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of AMongLock Screen 2's written reviews are positive against 60% of Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AMongLock Screen 2 ships an update every 3 days, Lock Screen Widget + Wallpaper every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
