MyDSU è l'innovativa app, collegata alla piattaforma Ristocloud, che permette di gestire i servizi allo studente per la ristorazione. Ogni studente potrà consultare i menù pubblicati in Ristocloud, fruibili in uno o più ristoranti attivi, con navigazione interattiva e completa delle ricette. Fornisce informazioni attente sugli allergeni presenti, sia in forma principale che in traccia, in tempo reale, in quanto collegato direttamente con la produzione (in conformità al Regolamento UE 1169/2011), sui valori nutrizionali e da la dichiarazione nutrizionale di ogni preparazione. Sono possibili innumerevoli altre funzioni, configurabili centralmente in Ristocloud per ogni ristorante, e fruibili dall'utente: come la gestione della Gradibilità di ogni piatto consumato, la gestione di campagne di Customer Satisfaction e la gestione di servizi di prenotazione Take Away/Lunch Box.
