You have access to your training plan and can complete each session in two modes: Camera, with movement analysis, or Guided, with videos to guide you through each exercise. At the end of every session, you get a summary of your performance and what you did. Your specialist can also follow your results, leave feedback directly on your session and adjust your plan whenever needed.
