Are you fond of making Sourdough Bread? It is a fascinating process to create your own Sourdough Starter. The process of trail and error, identifying issues, adjust and find your own way. Along these processes, you might have forgotten a feeding time? Forgotten the amount of flour and water added? Or at a point losing patience facing these repetitive steps? This App aims to support you during creation of your own Sourdough Starter and Sourdough bread. First choose a Sourdough recipe. Follow the feeding schedule, then record every detail and changes with iSourdough app. Trust that you will be able to make a delicious Sourdough bread which will add a healthy component to your diet. 1. Ingredients maintenance. Ingredients needed for building Sourdough Starter, or making a Sourdough Bread is fairly simple. Preset ingredients you usually use would make follow-on process recording easier. For a quick start there are preset ingredients which you can make use of. 2. Sourdough Starter schedule maintenance. Give a name to your Sourdough Starter! At the same time create a project with initial detail, including weight of the bottle, remarks and notes. 3. Record all steps in building a Sourdough Starter. Keep track of the process by recording ingredients and weight used, total and discarded weight, growing temperature, your own study notes and a photo. Set the time when you plan to feed your Sourdough Starter next. You will get a notification in your phone. 4. Create and maintain schedule of making a Sourdough bread. Set a project name and ingredients used. Then record all steps of mixing, kneading, proofing and baking. To keep you on the track, you will get a reminder at planned next step! 5. Export your successful (or can be improved) schedule recordings via e-mail for easy reference.

Organize your pottery work with an app that's always in your pocket. Track glazes with a tap, document what works (or doesn't) with a photo, and have it all searchable. Perch Pot helps you track everything about your pottery projects: • Search, sort, filter — Full text search for your notes, sort by what stage your project is at, or filter to a particular clay or custom tag • Photos — Pictures help you remember your work like nothing else, so they're front and center right alongside your notes • Automatic sync — Out of the box backup and syncing for all your projects privately on your iCloud account • Optimized workflows — Everything you track should be quick and painless so you can get back to making • Customize everything — What stages do you want to track your projects through? What glazes does your studio have? Customize stages, forms, clays, decorative techniques, glazes, and custom tags • Ideas — Capture project ideas like a neat decorative technique or a good glaze combo in a separate section • Undo delete — Anything you delete can be found and recovered from the recently deleted section of settings • Export your data — You shouldn't be locked into an app, so you can always export all your photos and data (and import data from elsewhere) I built the app I wanted to use for my pottery, and it's really improved how I work. Perch Pot will always be free so anyone can bring a bit more beauty into this world. Happy potting!
