The Legality Whistleblowing app is a secure channel that allows employees and suppliers to submit wrongdoing reports to any organization which has activated the software Legality Whistleblowing developed by DigitalPA S.r.l. High-security protocols, two-factor authentication, and the cryptographic system ensure reports submission take place with a guarantee of extreme confidentiality, in line with national and international regulations protecting the Whistleblower in full compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016). The App allows you to send written and voice reports, follow the processing status of the report and communicate with the Managers in charge of managing the report in respect of confidentiality.
