In light of this, the need was felt for long to establish higher educational institution for the creation of aeronautical and aerospace professional in the country. The process of which has been expedited with great vision and farsightedness of our Honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Honourable Education Minister Dipu Moni placed the bill in the National Parliament which was passed on 28 February 2019.
