The app shows your plan for today and for the week, so you don't forget anything. **Notifications:** Set up notifications for each task. Notifications can be one-time or repeating. **Siri:** Ask Siri to do "Roadmap new task" or "Roadmap add shopping" without even opening the app. **Shortcuts:** Advanced users can create their own workflows in Apple's Shortcuts app. Roadmap lets you automate list and task management. About

Lifeplaner

Features

Lifeplaner is a task planner built on one simple idea: not all tasks are equal. Taking out the trash and finishing a big report shouldn't count the same. In Lifeplaner every task carries a weight — how much effort it takes — so your progress reflects real effort, not just a tally of checkmarks. WHY WEIGHT MATTERS A checkbox treats a two-minute errand and an exhausting project as equals. Weight fixes that. You rate the effort once, and every statistic builds on it — an honest picture of how your days actually go. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Weekly chart of completed effort, plus your plan-completion percentage • Monthly calendar, each day coloured by how much of it you finished • Category breakdown — see where your effort really goes • A moving-average line to follow your trend over time PLAN YOUR DAY • Fast task entry with start and end times • Categories for the different areas of your life • A note for each day • Copy or move tasks between days PRIVATE BY DESIGN Lifeplaner is local-first: your tasks, notes, and statistics stay on your device. An optional Face ID lock keeps them for your eyes only. 11 LANGUAGES Русский, English, Español, Deutsch, Français, 日本語, العربية, Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia, 简体中文, 繁體中文. Think in effort. Improve your results.
