Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Comb Together at 5.0 against Eclipse's 4.3. Comb Together also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Eclipse's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (27 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
