EpiNotes is a simple, private seizure tracker for people with epilepsy and the caregivers who look after them. Log what happened, time an episode as it unfolds, and review patterns over weeks and months, all on your own device. LOG WHAT MATTERS • Record seizures with start and end time, type, and notes • Track rescue medication and VNS magnet swipes • Note sleep state (awake, asleep, waking) for each event • Attach optional short video clips for your neurologist TIME AN EPISODE LIVE • Start a one-tap timer the moment a seizure begins • The timer keeps running even if the app closes or the phone locks, and resumes at the correct time when you reopen it • A clear on-screen dial and optional check-in reminder help you keep track under stress SEE THE PATTERNS • Frequency and duration trends over time • Time-of-day and day-of-week patterns • Seizure-free streaks, clustering, and rescue-medication reliance • Sleep-versus-waking breakdowns SHARE WITH YOUR CARE CIRCLE (OPTIONAL) • Keep the same log in sync with the caregivers you invite through iCloud • Everyone you share with needs EpiNotes installed; off by default PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data is stored on your device • No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • The developer never receives your seizure data • Optional iCloud Sync stays within your own Apple account and the caregivers you invite IMPORTANT EpiNotes is a tracking and note-taking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always follow your healthcare team's guidance, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
