Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ratings volume: iBeta at 165 against AppDab for App Store Connect's 2. AppDab for App Store Connect's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iBeta sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and AppDab for App Store Connect sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

AppDab for App Store Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iBeta has 165 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of iBeta's written reviews are positive against 83% of AppDab for App Store Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

iBeta ships an update every 2 months, AppDab for App Store Connect every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
