The clearest difference is rating: BrickPix at 5.0 against NetDose's 4.2. BrickPix also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). NetDose's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
