We started with a vision to bring the best of modest fashion to cater to a growing community of women in Sydney who were seeking modest wear that was trendy and affordable. We set up our store in Chesterhill, Sydney and have grown to seven brick & mortar stores today. However, we're serving the best of modest wear to an audience that's present around the globe. Modest wear is not about religion. It is about personal style and the choice to express oneself in the best manner possible. Style is about having fun. This belief drives us to serve our customers the world over better & better each day. You'll find everyday basics, workwear, evening wear, athletic wear, knitwear, and so much more with us. Our team is constantly surveying the growing market trends as well as deeply understanding the needs of our customer base. And, that's how we manage to serve them with new styles every week.

Verdict
MODELLE and DIS both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of DIS's written reviews are positive against 0% of MODELLE's. DIS also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). MODELLE's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 16 months). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for MODELLE against 5.0 for DIS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DIS has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 0% of MODELLE's written reviews are positive against 100% of DIS's.
MODELLE ships an update monthly, DIS every 16 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
