About

CRE structured.credit

Features

A working set of notes on European commercial real estate structured credit, written for practitioners: lawyers, originators, investors and their advisers who need the current state of a point rather than a textbook chapter. TOPICS CMBS, synthetic securitisation, significant risk transfer, fund finance (subscription, NAV and hybrid), back leverage, collateralised fund obligations, and the bespoke structures that sit between them. Each note sets out the mechanics, the market data where reliable data exists, and the provisions that govern the point. REGULATORY The Securitisation Regulation review, the Basel 3.1 output floor and its effect on CRE lending, the liquidity coverage changes, the EU Taxonomy overlay, and the supervisory agenda — arranged as chapters rather than as a news feed, so that a question can be looked up rather than scrolled for. DEVELOPMENTS Dated entries as positions move: trilogue outcomes, EBA and ESMA output, national implementation, and the market data points worth recording. EVENTS The dates that matter — trilogue sessions, regulatory deadlines and the conference calendar, with the next two always on the start screen. PAPERS Longer briefing papers in PDF, for reading away from the screen. HOW IT WORKS The notes are cached on the device and remain readable without a connection. When the published content changes, the app can post a local notification; that comparison happens entirely on the device, and no push server is involved. There is no account and no registration. The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising framework, and requests no access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or calendar. In Apple's terms: Data Not Collected. PLEASE NOTE These notes are provided for general information only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not reflect the views of any law firm or institution, and are no substitute for advice on a specific matter.
