Folgende Bereiche stehen aktuell in der App zur Verfügung: HOLTEC eParts: Dabei handelt es sich um eine innovative Plattform, um ihre Anlage zu dokumentieren, zu pflegen und zu verwalten. eParts dient der Bereitstellung von Wartungs- & Betriebsanleitungen, Ersatzteillisten und weiteren technischen Informationen zu Ihrer Anlage, gestützt durch grafische und strukturelle Darstellung. Zudem können über diesen Dienst Ersatzteile direkt in der App gesammelt und bei unserem Service angefragt werden. HOLTEC RemotePlus: Nutzen Sie für den Support die Expertise unserer Kollegen, ohne das diese vor Ort sein müssen. Mit RemotePlus können unsere Kollegen direkt per Datenbrille ihren Servicefall betrachten und dabei einen Ihrer Mitarbeiter mit Anweisungen „fernsteuern“. Durch die Datenbrille können unsere Mitarbeiter Markierungen setzen und Screenshots aufnehmen, um Ihr Problem zielgenau lösen zu können. Reisekosten und Anreisezeiten entfallen und der Serviceeinsatz kann flexibel abgewickelt werden. HOLTEC TicketSystem: Ersatzteilbestellungen aus eParts, RemotePlus-Sessions oder allgemeine Anfragen können über das TicketSystem verwaltet werden. Damit haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit auf bestehenden Tickets Bemerkungen zu hinterlassen und Dokumente zur Unterstützung anzuhängen.
