Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Rainbow Ghost Rescue at none against Art Drawing 3D's 1. Rainbow Ghost Rescue also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (80% vs 68%). Art Drawing 3D's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (43K vs 369). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Art Drawing 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Rainbow Ghost Rescue asks for nothing beyond the download.
Art Drawing 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Art Drawing 3D has 43K ratings behind it against 369, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Art Drawing 3D's written reviews are positive against 80% of Rainbow Ghost Rescue's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Art Drawing 3D ships an update monthly, Rainbow Ghost Rescue every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
