About

Taskify

Features

Stop juggling tasks across calendar, notes, and to-do lists. Taskify is the task manager built for people who actually use Google Calendar — with real two-way sync, native home screen widgets, a document expiry tracker, and a lifetime option that costs less than two months of competitors. REAL GOOGLE CALENDAR TWO-WAY SYNC Not just one-way import. Your tasks live in both apps. Change a date in Taskify, it updates in Calendar. Change it in Calendar, it updates in Taskify. No manual refresh, no broken duplicates. This is the core of Taskify — the missing layer between your calendar events and the things that don't have a fixed time but still need to get done. WORKS WITH APPLE CALENDAR TOO Prefer Apple Calendar? Export your tasks to it in a tap (send-only, so your calendar stays tidy) and remove them again just as easily. NEVER MISS AN EXPIRING DOCUMENT Track your driver's license, passport, insurance, cards and more. Taskify counts down to each expiry date and reminds you before it's too late. NATIVE HOME SCREEN WIDGETS See your day on the home screen. Tap to complete. No app open required — a real widget, not an icon that opens the app. AI THAT SAVES YOU TAPS - Smart Add — type or speak a task in plain language ("call mom tomorrow at 5pm") and AI fills in the date, time, priority and category for you - AI Breakdown — turn any big task into clear, doable subtasks with one tap - Voice input — speak and your words become a task automatically, in your language LEARNING MODE (pupils and students) - Weekly timetable with color-coded classes by subject and a "Now / Next" highlight - Students: your group + even/odd-week classes — see exactly this week - Countdown to holidays and exams Why Taskify is different: - Lifetime premium — pay once, use forever. No monthly subscription, no annual renewal. The lifetime tier costs less than two months of Todoist or TickTick. - Recurring tasks that actually work — daily, weekly, monthly, custom intervals. Dismiss without breaking the schedule. - 10 languages, fully localized — English, Bulgarian, German, French, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish. Not just menu translation — full notification text, date formats, weekday names. - 14-day free trial of premium — full access, no card required to start. - Available on iPhone and Android — your tasks travel with you. - Built for ADHD — overdue tinting, subtask progress bars, notes preview on every card. Key features at a glance: - Two-way Google Calendar sync - Export tasks to Apple Calendar (send-only) - Document expiry tracker with countdown reminders - Home screen widgets - AI Smart Add — natural-language and voice task entry - AI Breakdown — auto-generate subtasks - Recurring tasks with custom intervals - Subtasks with progress bars - Notes preview on every task card - Overdue tinting and visual priority - Smart, customizable reminders - Dark mode and light mode - 10 fully localized languages - Offline-first — works without internet - Cloud backup - Premium tiers: monthly, yearly, lifetime Built by a solo developer who uses it every day. No VC pressure to add features that don't matter. No monthly subscription pressure — buy lifetime once and you're done. Bulgarian, Italian, Turkish and Greek are first-class, not afterthoughts. Download Taskify free, try premium 14 days, and decide if it's worth the lifetime.
