Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Mythings at 3.2 against Offerat's 2.4. Mythings also leads on ratings volume (338 vs 18). Offerat's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
