About

LogicGates

Explore the fundamental principles of computer operation by understanding how simple switching circuits can perform basic arithmetic functions like addition. This app demonstrates logic gate concepts, potentially inspiring users to build their own computing components.

Highlights
  • Explains basic computer switching circuits
  • Demonstrates addition function using logic gates
  • Introduces fundamental logic gate principles
  • Potential for hands-on computing component creation
Features

The basic principle of a computer is a combination of some switching circuits. The light switch that we normally use is a switching circuit, and the computing chip uses a very large number (currently hundreds of millions) of circuits to achieve a fast computing function. This APP is to introduce how to use some switch circuits to achieve an addition function. This is also the basic principle of logic gate, after understanding the basic principle, maybe you can make CPU by hand.
