Solglimt asks one question a day. Was the weather good today? There are three ways to answer. Yes, a good day. No, not today. And the one that makes Solglimt what it is: good, but couldn't enjoy it — for the bright days that went by while you were somewhere else, indoors, busy, or simply not up to it. That is the whole app. One question, one tap, and then it leaves you alone. Over weeks and months the answers turn into something you cannot get from a forecast: a picture of how your own year actually went, in your own judgement rather than a weather station's. WHAT YOU GET • A calendar of every day you have answered, one dot per day, a year at a glance • Statistics for any year — good days, days you couldn't enjoy, days that weren't • A catch-up prompt for the days you missed, one at a time, oldest first • An optional daily reminder at a time you choose • Two looks: plain Paper, or Sky, which shifts with the hour from dawn to night • No adverts. No analytics. No tracking. No third-party SDKs beyond signing in SIGNING IN IS OPTIONAL Use Solglimt without an account and your answers stay on your device. They are never transmitted anywhere — signed out, the app contacts no server at all. Sign in with Apple or Google and your answers are stored on our own server in the EU, so they follow you between your devices and solglimt.hangar279.com in a browser. Nobody else gets them, they are never sold or shared, and there are no adverts anywhere in the app. You can delete your account and everything on the server from inside the app, at any time, in two taps: Settings → Account → Delete account & cloud data. NO WRITING REQUIRED There is no free text anywhere in Solglimt. Nothing to compose, nothing to keep up with, no streak to break and nothing to lose if you skip a week. A tap is the whole interaction.
