Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ninja Magic 3D at 100% against Magic Hands!'s 56%. Ninja Magic 3D also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Magic Hands!'s advantage is rating (4.1 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (296 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Magic Hands! holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Magic Hands! has 296 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Magic Hands!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Ninja Magic 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
