Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: DocIt at none against fGet's shown. DocIt also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 66%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). fGet's advantage is ratings volume (989 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. fGet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DocIt sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
DocIt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: fGet has 989 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 66% of fGet's written reviews are positive against 100% of DocIt's.
fGet ships an update every 2 weeks, DocIt every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
