Anodet
Read full descriptionHide full description
Anodet is an anomaly detection system with real time alerts and customized event detections as well as anomaly detection making buildings self monitoring. Property Managers at multi-family buildings pay a hefty price from lack of monitoring of data that is available to them. On an average buildings pay 48K USD per year from missed events that result in citations or increased insurance premiums. There are over 100 million cameras in multi-family dwellings across the U.S. However, obtaining footage from these cameras is often challenging, especially when the cameras are controlled/installed by private entities such as building owners. Anodet enables collaboration between building owners and law enforcement, where desired, in a privacy-focused manner, for security camera access that is crucial to help improve public safety and enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement investigations.
