EPoCA Start vs Merlino

EPoCA Start is the APP that assists you in wireless connection to your EVCO devices equipped with the EVlinking module. The connection provides access to the EPoCA system (https://epoca.cloud) which allows remote management of the controllers via mobile devices or PCs. Smart and "ready to use" solution, EPoCA makes monitoring operations easily accessible to all users, while offering all the typical features of professional platforms for cold chain management, from refrigerated units to food equipment. With responsive design and encrypted data, EPoCA enables remote parameter configuration operations, HACCP data visualization, record download (XLSX, CSV, PDF) and automatic alarm notifications.

The Merlino app is able to read and write the parameters of CPA Merlino WiFi iOT devices: chlorine generators, devices for reading and regulating pH and Rx, for the management of heaters, whirlpools, pumps, RGB lamps. The devices are seen as WiFi Access Points. The app user must select the WiFi of a device in the iPhone settings before opening the app and connecting to it. The WiFi device must be close to the iPhone, at most a few meters. The app allows you to simulate the connection to a device, if the device is not physically available, by turning off the iPhone's WiFi before running the app, in this way it is possible to verify all the app's functions.
