Crux from RealWork Labs allows home-service businesses to decentralize their online presence out in the field where they do work rather than the physical office location of the business. The job workflow allows field users to describe the work they are doing at a job site using keywords that the business wants to be associated with in online searches. The content also contributes to building a social proof of the job by capturing photos and videos of the job, and when combined with business reviews, the content can be leveraged to drive the online presence of the business. Photos and videos are automatically posted to a business’ website and any integrated third parties. The accompanying website widget from RealWork Labs displays recent content along with an interactive map to visualize the areas where the business has done jobs, with the intent to provide more information to prospective customers as well as structured information for search engines for improved indexing.
