Verdict
Water Eject and Fix both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 59% of Fix's written reviews are positive against 20% of Water Eject's. Fix also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and device support (3 vs 1). Water Eject's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (6.6K vs 721). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Water Eject sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Fix sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Water Eject against 4.6 for Fix. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Water Eject has 6.6K ratings behind it against 721, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 20% of Water Eject's written reviews are positive against 59% of Fix's.
Water Eject ships an update every 5 weeks, Fix every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
