Verdict

The call

3D modeling and DrawBuddy both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 68% of 3D modeling's written reviews are positive against 19% of DrawBuddy's. 3D modeling also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (15K vs 481). DrawBuddy's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
