Today Counts — the 2-minute daily check-in for people too busy for complicated habit apps. Life gets messy. Some days you crush it. Other days, you survive. Today Counts celebrates both. THE PROBLEM WITH MOST HABIT APPS They shame you. Red X's. Broken streaks. Guilt notifications. They're designed for perfect people with perfect schedules—not real humans juggling work, family, and everything in between. A DIFFERENT APPROACH Today Counts asks one simple question each evening: "What did you do today?" No judgment. No perfection required. Just honest reflection in under 2 minutes. HOW IT WORKS • Two Day Modes — "Normal Day" for when life cooperates. "Busy Day" when it doesn't. Both count. • Flexible Habits — Track movement, hydration, fuel, rest, or create your own. Checkbox, numeric, or text—whatever fits. • No Guilt Design — No red states. No broken streaks. No shame. Your "survival" days still build momentum. • Daily Wisdom — Start each day with an inspiring quote from history's greatest minds. 365 unique quotes, one for every day. • Gratitude Prompts — Optional daily gratitude questions to shift your perspective. 365 unique prompts that evolve with you. • Gentle Celebrations — Close your day and receive personalized affirmations based on what you actually accomplished. • See Your Progress — Weekly and monthly views show patterns without pressure. Fill in missed days anytime. • Private by Design — No accounts. No social sharing. No data tracking. Your habits are your business. PREMIUM FEATURES Upgrade for deeper insights, AI-powered monthly reflections, voice gratitude recording, and seasonal themes. Or enjoy the full free experience—we'll only gently remind you once a week. BUILT ON SCIENCE, DESIGNED FOR HUMANS Inspired by Atomic Habits and behavioral research, Today Counts focuses on consistency over intensity. Small wins compound. Minimums matter. Progress beats perfection. WHO IT'S FOR • Busy parents who can barely find 5 minutes • Professionals burned out by optimization culture • Anyone who's quit habit apps because they felt like another to-do list • People who want accountability without anxiety Today Counts isn't about becoming a different person. It's about noticing who you already are—and gently building from there. Close your day. Count what matters. Start tomorrow fresh.
