Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TANDE at 4.2 against TVPaw's 2.2. TANDE also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (24 vs 5). TVPaw's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
