Firefly Reliability App vs Lubrication App

Firefly Reliability's mobile and web based oil analysis program, LITE Kit. The Firefly Reliability App was created with our customers in mind. The Firefly App makes tracking oil sample reports and trending data easy and accessible. The app allows customers to: • Track oil analysis on multiple assets • Use scannable bar codes unique to each asset • Trend data on an asset • Systematic approach to oil analysis • Additionally, the customer can manage projects being done by Firefly Reliability through job proposals, change orders and final reports. Oil Sample Kits can be customised to the customer’s asset needs. The kit includes sample bottles for one year per asset. The number of sample bottles for one year is based on critical, semi-critical and non-critical asset categories. Samples may be mailed in for testing using the Firefly Reliability App or onsite oil testing may be available upon request.

Maintenance work becomes safer because lubrication systems in hard-to-reach or dangerous areas can easily and reliably be monitored from a distance. Changing the discharge period or triggering additional discharges (PURGE) is possible at any time during operation. The APP reports error messages, such as overpressure, an empty LC, or a deviating temperature range. Depending on the equipment requirements, you can use the perma CONNECT APP to switch lubrication systems on and off on your mobile device, localize lubrication systems via a signal, or even display the lubricator history.
