Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ASTC at 4.7 against OSC Members's 2.9. ASTC also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). OSC Members's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ASTC holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 36 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of OSC Members's written reviews are positive against 0% of ASTC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
OSC Members ships an update every 7 months, ASTC every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
