You have to keep an eye on your resources as well as on your opponents. At the beginning you have to get the desired resources as fast as possible. Because your vikings are not alone. Depending on the level, there are several enemies who claim this area just like you do. Therefore decide which of your watchtowers should be equipped with soldiers. These are necessary to defend your area or to attack your opponent and weaken him sensitively. But your opponents are not the only problem, you also have to cope with strokes of fate like floods or famines. New buildings and military abilities can also be researched in the town library. Lehnsherr can be played alone against up to 3 computer opponents. You can also play against up to 4 human players on a single device (local multiplayer mode). In the brand new "Ancestor Stone" mode, 7 Ancestor Stones are scattered on each map. The goal of the game mode is to occupy 5 stones. A stone is considered occupied if you manage to build a military building on the stone without your opponent having one there. If more than one player has a building there, it is considered unoccupied and you have to fight for the stone.

Hexhold is a turn-based strategy game about land. Claim hexes, grow your gold, raise an army, and take your rivals' Capitals before they take yours. Every battle is clear and fair. There are no dice in combat: the stronger unit wins, and the game shows you why a move is blocked. Simple to learn, hard to master. THE CAMPAIGN Sail out from the peaceful Green Isles to face the five lords who claim the crown of the known world: the Sultan of Sunscorch, the Frost Jarl, the Highland Thane, the Wildwood Queen and the Ember Tyrant. - 50 hand-made levels across six lands, from burning dunes to frozen fjords and volcanic fields - A story told in voiced scenes with painted portraits of every lord - Choose to rule as King or Queen, and win your way to a coronation - Earn up to 3 stars per level, 150 in all, for winning fast - Replay every story scene you have seen in the Chronicle RIVALS WHO FIGHT BACK Five AI levels, from Easy to Merciless. The toughest rivals go for your Capital, cut your lands apart, build Colossi and Commanders, and plan winning moves. On late levels a rival may even move first. TREASURE On some campaign levels, and in about a third of skirmish and daily games, a treasure chest appears in the middle of the fight. The first unit to reach it wins 20 Gold. Race for it, or make your rival pay for trying. SIX LIVING LANDS Every land has its own look, wildlife, weather and sounds: Green Isles, Sunscorch, Frostreach, Highlands, Wildwood and Emberlands. Day turns to night as a match goes on.
