Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Color picker at 100% against GroupShot's 50%. Color picker also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 10 days). GroupShot's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
